Health
Working in partnership with the wider network of health agencies we hope to improve mental and physical health outcomes for young children and their families.
Antenatal
Community midwifes have clinics in our centre on a regular basis. Contact your midwife or health centre to book an appointment.
Baby on the way
Pop in for a chat with a midwife for general advice on preparation for normal labour, coping at home and in hospital, assisted births, breast and bottle feeding and coping with a new baby in the early days. These sessions are normally held on a Tuesday morning every fortnight. Click on the following link to see if it’s on this week. This Week
Child Health Clinic
If you have any concerns come and have a chat with a Health Visitor. This could be about your child’s behaviour, play, development, speech, eating, tantrums and toilet training, or have your baby weighed. Baby Clinic normally runs every Thursday morning. Check out This Week for times.
Breastfeeding Cafe
Join our health support workers for help and advice on all aspects of breast feeding. Normally on a Tuesday afternoon, this group is a great opportunity to meet other mums for mutual support. Antenatal mums welcome too. Check out This week for times.
